It is not a big issue as betas are always prone to bugs and I can just roll back to my older copy of VRD. Looking at the Program Info, the one thing that sticks out is the "Format Profile" listed by MediaInfo on the newer DontPlay video is "quicktime" versus the older VRD video which does play, which is reported as "Base Media" The one I created yesterday (and ones I created today) will not play on the PS3 (same output profile). I went back to a video I edited and saved in VRD two weeks ago as an MP4, it still plays on the PS3. I picked up ver 5-1-2-728 (Nov 4 2015) the other day because when I toggled Preview mode VRD stopped working (a program I traced finally traced to my video not the program). 
I have found different messages on the net about this error but no solution that is finally working.After looking a little deeper, I am leaning towards this being a problem in the newest TVSuite beta. As mentioned all files are of the same type. I getting a file format mismatch error on this files, with error number.
Unfortunately, Corel VideoStudio X5 Pro is not able to load all files that were created. The point is, the files that are created are at last always of the same format and type.
